Hi Kunal, Great to know that you own arestaurant and its up & running in HImachal. I want to discuss with you about restaurant. I'm from Bilaspur and wish to open a family restaurant at my place. but the only hurdle I see is the eating out habits of himachali localites. Will they really like to spend on good food? I want to serve good food & taste which they have never experienced so far, as I feel they are known to only regular food they cook at home and dham on special occassions.
